How much is Premium?
$9.99 a month in the US. New subscribers can start with a 7-day free trial. After that, Premium is $9.99 a month (US) and renews each month until you cancel in your App Store or Google Play settings. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Prices in other countries are set by Apple and Google and shown in the store.
How do I get Premium?
Inside the app, through your App Store or Google Play account. You can cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
If Premium ends, is anything deleted?
No. Your past conversations, including ones with Quiet Sun and Quiet Moon, rest with your account and nothing is lost. They open again if you return to Premium. You go back to Quiet Light on Free. Memory Garden and Threads of Light pause, and your settings stay as they are.
Do limits ever get in the way of finding help?
No. A message about a crisis never counts toward any limit.
