Delete your account & data
You can permanently delete your Quiet Light account and associated personal data even if you have uninstalled the app or cannot open it. This page is the public web path for that request (including for Google Play requirements).
What is deleted
When we complete a verified deletion request, we permanently remove or irreversibly anonymize account-linked data we control, including as applicable:
- Your account credentials and profile details (email, name fields)
- Reflection conversations and related history stored for your account
- Saved reflections and memory-related data tied to your account
- Other personal information associated with your user id in our systems
We may retain limited records where required by law, fraud prevention, security, or billing obligations (for example, subscription records held by Apple or Google). Store subscriptions must be cancelled separately in the App Store or Google Play if you no longer want to be billed.
How to request deletion (web)
Send an email from the same address you used for Quiet Light (so we can verify ownership). We aim to process verified requests within 30 days (sooner when possible).

Suggested subject: Account deletion request
Include: the email on your Quiet Light account, and a short confirmation that you want permanent deletion.
In the app (if you still have it installed)
You can also delete from inside Quiet Light: open Settings → Edit Profile (or Account) → Delete Account. That removes your account immediately when you confirm. This web page remains available after uninstall.
Guest use
If you only used Quiet Light as a guest (no account), we do not keep a long-lived account profile. Guest usage may involve short-lived technical data for rate limits and abuse prevention, as described in our Privacy Policy.
